Back in 2008, Hector Refinanced our home in Campbell, California. We asked for a 30 year fixed loan and we got a pretty good rate back then. Two years later our plans changed completely as our restaurant closed its doors.
We went back to Hector to list our home and it sold in 35 days at asking price. As he explained to me he years ago, was win-win type of real estate broker as to avoid future complications all the way around and we priced the home at market value and got that in a time where foreclosures were running ramped in our neighborhood.
It was apparent that Hector had plenty of real estate appraisal experience as a certified appraiser and we trusted his value conclusion and listing price of our home. My name is Paul and I want to thank Hector personally for refinancing our home then later selling our home and getting us to where we wanted to move to in a timely, clean and fast professional manor.
Hector form Agent SF loan mortgage was an amazing mortgage loan originator for us when my husband and I were looking for our first home earlier this year. Being first time home buyers, we had the usual array of questions, all of which Hector answered patiently and thoroughly, even in the evening.He explained numerous different loan programs and scenarios and helped place us with the right loan in a very competitive market. He provided us a Loan Estimate right away and the loan estimate was within ball park in closing cost when we closed our purchase loan and signed our loan documents.
