How we work:
Our videographer professional always arrives an hour before the deposition begins, the videographer sets up the equipment which broadly consists of an iPad camera, a digital microphone, assorted cables, a backdrop, and a backup Wi-Fi hotspot. We also use a backup video camera for fail safe operation and redundancy.
Conference preparation: Each conference room site is assessed for optimum lighting and sound and then documented for potential subsequent sessions at that location. The video, sound and light equipment is deployed, an Internet connection is established, and an audio and video test begins. During the test, as well as the actual deposition, the videographer records the content to the local hard drive on the iPad and professional camera and as an additional service can simultaneously video stream to the cloud or client.
The final video is recorded in high definition MPEG4 file format, but can be downloaded for convenience to older computers in an MPEG1, or MPEG2 format for clients. Moreover, the media can also be provided via DVD or thumb drive.
