Our Personal Wellness Program is a combination private training, massage therapy, group personal training and open access.
With more experience and less overhead than most commercial gyms, APEXWellness will give the value to our clients. Personal Wellness includes training in our private studios with some of the most experienced trainers in the bay area. Clients scheduled their choice of 2 – 3 sessions per week.
